Full disclosure before anything else: Oklahoma Registered Agent.co made this list, put itself at number one, and profits when you agree. Remember that whenever we sound impressed with ourselves. The prices are a different story, no benefit of the doubt required. Each one came straight off the vendor's public pricing in July 2026, nothing rounded, nothing hidden, and the smallest number on the board is not ours.

Every figure above dates to July 2026, when we last pulled it from the vendor's site. Pricing in this business moves quietly, so confirm the live rate anywhere you buy. That includes here.

Why We Gave Ourselves the Top Spot

Because we would buy it, and this is the checklist we would buy it on:

  • Same-day scanning. A lawsuit served on our Oklahoma office lands in your portal before the day ends, with an alert so you actually see it.
  • $99 now, $99 forever. The renewal is the sticker. No intro rate, no year-two jump.
  • One product. Checkout has no upgrade ladder to climb past.
  • Our address instead of yours. Your public filings show our Oklahoma street address, and your own stays off the record.
  • Extras priced in daylight. Non-legal mail scans cost $15 per item, and you learned that here, not on a statement.

One thing we refuse to say is that nobody beats our price. On sticker alone, the cheapest registered agent service in Oklahoma is BetterLegal at $90, nine bucks under us. Our claim is the quieter one: $99 sits among the lowest flat annual prices anywhere in this comparison, and it bundles in the fast scanning plenty of vendors treat as premium.

2. Northwest Registered Agent

Not sold on us? This is the door we would point you toward. Northwest puts real prices in writing, staffs its phones with actual humans, and took privacy seriously back when nobody was grading on it. Now the catches. The free first year only shows up when Northwest also forms your company. Standing alone, the service is $125 a year, and the drop to $100 per state does not kick in until you hold registrations in five or more states. Run one Oklahoma company and you will simply pay $125, every year, indefinitely. Good service, honest company, twenty-six dollars more than us at each renewal.

3. BetterLegal

BetterLegal owns the smallest number on the board: $90 a year, confirmed as the renewal rate when we checked in July 2026. So why third? Because we could not find what the first year costs, anywhere, and on a pricing comparison that blank spot counts against you. A slightly higher price that is fully in print beat a slightly lower one that is not. If their checkout fills in the blank and you like the answer, BetterLegal is a legitimately cheap agent.

4. Rocket Lawyer

Give Rocket Lawyer this much: $125 a year at every membership level, with no bait rate hiding anywhere in the tiers. What you are really buying is a legal platform: document builders, attorney consultations, the works, with agent service as one line on the menu. Use the platform and the math can work. Need only an Oklahoma address with fast scanning? Then you are paying for a buffet to eat one dish.

5. ZenBusiness

The software is genuinely nice. Clean dashboard, clear steps, no complaints there. The price tag reads in two acts: $99 plus state fees for year one standalone, $199 a year from then on. You will live with act two far longer than act one, so compare on the $199. That makes the pretty dashboard a $100-a-year premium over what we charge.

6. Bizee (formerly Incfile)

Bizee spent years as Incfile before the rename. Their move is bundling: form your LLC through them and agent coverage rides free for anywhere from three months to a year, depending on the package. Real savings if you were buying formation anyway. The catch is the calendar. When the free stretch ends, the $149-a-year standalone rate starts billing, and free periods have a talent for expiring unnoticed.

7. LegalZoom

The biggest name in the business, and the bill matches the fame: $249 a year on auto-renew, with no first-year deal surfacing in our July 2026 check. Here is the thing, though. Oklahoma law demands exactly as much from a $249 agent as from anyone else on this board. In-state office, someone present through business hours, papers handed over promptly. Same job. If you want that premium in state-filing terms, $249 would cover your $25 Annual Certificate for nearly a decade.

8. Swyft Filings

Read Swyft's $149 twice, because it is a quarterly charge. Across a full year that comes to roughly $596, the most expensive effective rate here, and no first-year discount turned up to take the edge off. Billing by the quarter makes big totals feel small; it does not make them small. One year of Swyft costs about the same as six years of us.

9. Inc Authority

Year one: free. Year two: they will not say. We combed the FAQ, the premium packages, and the homepage in July 2026 and found no renewal price published anywhere, which usually means it surfaces at checkout or over the phone. On a page built around published prices, that earns last place automatically. Companies proud of their renewal rate print it.

Yes, Your Oklahoma LLC Can Be Its Own Agent

Not a loophole, the actual statute. 18 O.S. § 2010 lets an Oklahoma LLC hold the registered agent role itself, alongside the more familiar picks: an individual who lives in Oklahoma, or a corporation, LLC, or limited partnership that is domestic or foreign-qualified here. So the honest starting point is that Oklahoma does not force you to hire anyone on this page.

Before you claim the role yourself, price out what it demands:

  • A street address on file. PO boxes get rejected.
  • A business office at that exact address, open through regular business hours to take service of process.
  • Which means a person, physically there, all day, every business day.

Nobody schedules a lawsuit for your convenience. If the office sits empty when the server shows up, or the address on file is your kitchen table, self-serving stops being free in any sense that matters. The $99 alternative is that our office is the one that has to stay open. And if you are forming fresh, the Articles of Organization cost $100 and can go through the Secretary of State's online business filing system.

Firing Your Agent Costs $25

Whoever you pick today, you are not stuck. Oklahoma handles agent swaps with Form 0075, one filing that can change your registered agent, your registered office, your principal office, or all three at once. The state's fee is $25, on paper or filed electronically, and the switch needs nothing from the agent you are leaving behind. Come to us from another provider and the form is our job, not yours; the steps live on our change your agent page.

The State Reminds You by Email. Only Email.

Oklahoma's yearly filing is the Annual Certificate: $25, due on your formation anniversary, with a filing window that opens 60 days ahead. Now the part worth memorizing. The state's only reminder is an email to the last address the LLC gave it, sent at least 60 days out. Nothing arrives in the mail. If that inbox died two owners ago, the state considers you notified anyway.

There is no late fee, which sounds merciful until you hear the actual consequence. Blow past the anniversary by 60 days and the LLC's good standing is gone under 18 O.S. § 2055.2. Keep ignoring it and Oklahoma eventually cancels the company. Part of what $99 buys from us is a reminder system that does not hinge on one email address staying alive; the filing itself is covered on our Annual Certificate walkthrough.

Pick Your Row

Every service here clears the legal bar, so the differences are dollars, speed, and candor. $249 buys the famous logo. $90 buys the lowest sticker with a first-year mystery attached. Roughly $596 buys quarterly billing you have to annualize yourself. $99 flat, every year, buys ours: same-day scanning, an Oklahoma address in place of your own, and a renewal that never surprises you.
